Scorched’s Terms Of Service
By commissioning me, I expect that you will have read the TOS and agreed to it. Failure to abide by the “do not” section will result in you being blacklisted from my commissions moving forward.
• recommend me if you so choose.
•If you commission me, I ask that you credit me properly.
• if you see something that you think is a mistake on here, the main page or my comms page, please let me know so that I can fix it!
DO NOT:
•DO NOT trace my art! Tracing my art is in no way okay for you to do! So don’t do it!
•do not steal or copy my art! My characters are based off of designs I created myself. That does no mean you can’t use the design ideas. However, heavily referencing the design as well as the colors is something I’m not okay with as it may look too much like the original. So if that is not your intent, try to make it more unique.
•DO NOT ASK ME TO DO NSFW ART! That is something I will not do!
•do not beg me to make you art or to be commissioned. If I decide to make an art piece for you, for free, out of the kindness of my heart, then I will. Maybe even if you ask nicely. But don’t beg! And if I want to commission you, I’ll commission you! But don’t beg!!!
•If you change your mind about a commission, I ask that you make that decision before the lining phase.
•I have the right to post the art I make wherever I please as a way of promoting my art or simply showing off what I madeI ask that you respect my terms of service and I expect it to be read throughly.
